First time posting on a forum, I hope I'm doing this right lol Anyway, I've been working on a particularly big mod and the main focus is adding a lot ( and I mean a LOT, like 50+ accessories) of accessories; I have a shop up and everything coded in so far works fine, but I've noticed that the accessory icons don't show up in the shop, but they do show up in the players coat studio. It's a minor bug, but I would like to get it fixed as the only way you can get a preview of the accessories as of now is to buy the item. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this? Knowing me I probably made some minor mistake somewhere pfft

I run into this problem a lot! Usually a name is wrong or something is in the wrong folder.
For accessories you need the sprites that the character wears, but there's another sprite for the shop. This sprite should be in the items>sprites folder and it should end with accessory (i.e. blackbowaccessory)
If you have the sprites and it's all setup correctly, it's also possible the item uid name is wrong; again it needs to end in the word Accessory (i.e. Black Bow Accessory). That should point it to the right place.

Again I have have just made a teeny mistake somewhere.. Spliced together this for reference, I'm not sure if i capitalized something i wasn't supposed to or if the game just doesn't like me

So the meta file should be blackbowaccessoryitem (needs to end with item). Your lang file has it correct.
You might also want to check that the shop file has the right item uid. 'Black Bow Accessory' instead of just 'Black Bow'.

I went ahead and changed the end of the meta file (i checked the shop file too and it was filled out properly), no dice. not sure what the deal is here >>..

I'm sorry - I should have double checked this. There should be two meta files for the item: "blackbowaccessory" and "blackbowaccessoryitem". The "blackbowaccessoryitem" meta file should go in the items folder. The "blackbowaccessory" meta file goes in items>accessories As an example:
I totally blanked on the fact that there's two meta files, and I was only seeing the one in my mod when I was checking for myself. This is why it always gives me such trouble! XD So sorry about that! Hopefully that's the problem and you're able to fix it.
