Coins out of reach after killing Darkcandles

I've had this bug a few times now where if me or a buddy kills a Darkcandle in a mine while it is outside of the borders, the coin will occasionally be unreachable. This is an old screenshot of the occurrence but I had it happen just yesterday in the same way. 

I play on Windows with mods, although I don't think they would affect this.
