it seems that if the npcs folder is missing, the den wont appear in the build menu. did you put your character and character's den in separate folders in the main "mods" folder? you might want to group the two in one folder in the "mods" folder. nothing is wrong with any of your files!
some notes: you missed the ' "show_influence": false ' in your .region file lmao

Do you have a .lang file for their den? It should be in buildings inside "Language > English". id also double check file names and names in the files, as well as cross reference with NPC files from working mods or the game resources files themselves. drosia seems so cool I cant wait to add them (if you make this public!)

Yes! There is a .lang! I double checked everything, its all being referenced properly, I'm not sure what's wrong! You bet I'll make them public!

EDIT: Unlocking the npc also doesn't seem to make them appear. Is this a bundle file or npc file issue?

At a glance, I can't tell what's wrong. While I kind of doubt that the bundle is the problem, you can check by deleting/disabling the file and seeing if the problem persists. You can just drag it out of the folder to disable it; the game wont "see" it and it wont break anything else.
If it's not the bundle, then my next guess would be that it might be an issue with the "drosiaden.region" file. I just suggest this because everything you posted looks fine, so maybe there's something up with the section you didn't include?
Past here, I don't have many ideas as to what it could be. The region coordinate and the actual NPC files come to mind, but I kinda doubt problems with those would create this kind of error. It could also be a typo, so be sure to look over file and folder names, not just file contents.

I FIXED IT! For some reason, just taking the bundles folder out and placing it back inside the mods folder fixed the entire issue. No, I don't know why.
