Hello everyone. I knew as soon as I got cattails I was going to be going mod crazy and have already begun the process of adding a new npc, the community content documentation is helpful but I've still find myself stumped by a few aspects. Hoping to find a bit of help here.
Below are my main questions at the moment. I'll be active on this thread as I work toward figuring out the process.
How do you go about adding a custom den for a npc?
Is there anyway to get easy access to coordinates to make placing npc in festivals easier?
Is there anyway to get the custom cat numbers for setting an npcs appearance?

Thank you for the documents! I'm looking through them.
By 3 I mean the section of the npc info where you set the cat's colors. I was wondering if there was some way to make a custom pelt, get all the numbers used in some file and then just copy paste them or if the only way is manually inserting each color hex.

Oh, okay! One easy way to create a coat for your NPC is to go ahead and create the coat in the coat creator in-game. Next, boot up your game and go to the options menu. Under "Color Style", select "RGB". After that, what I like to do is set up the modder and the coat studio side-by-side. Write the values for your in-game coat into each section of the "npc_colors"- keep in mind that some names are switched up, like "face" for "head".

The documents are a major help I really appreciate the links, making some real progress now beyond just art assets.

A screenshot as I slowly chip away at dialog. Dialog is for sure going to be the hardest part. My art style doesn't match what-so-ever but I may do a full portrait mod at some point, that is a lot of art though.
