Cattails 1 Modding?

Are we allowed to discuss modding of Cattails 1? I found a tool that allows me to VERY easily open the files of the game and make simple edits like adding custom pelts, which worked on the first try. Kudos to Falcon for having such simple and clean code. I won't say what the tool is here unless I can get approval for talk of mods.
