I've been playing the game for about 5 hours and have been having trouble with on and off lag throughout my gameplay. My framerate will go from a consistent 200fps and without seemingly any rhyme or reason that I can notice, will dip to about 3fps. Only recently I've noticed that switching from my controller to mouse and keyboard immediately gets rid of the framedrop. As soon as I go back to my controller, the lag starts back up again. The lag itself isn't consistent, but stopping it by switching control methods is.
I'm playing on Windows Alpha v0.92 Since this is concerning lag, my CPU is an Intel Core i5-7300HQ, and my GPU is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050.

Thank you for your report! Very odd behavior, I appreciate the details. Your CPU + GPU should be able to handle Cattails: Wildwood Story just fine.
What controller are you using? I have a logitech F310 and a logitech F710 that I use often for testing and have not had FPS issues with these (yet).

Huh. That was indeed the issue I was having. The lag hasn't seem to come back. Interesting that Cattails brought this issue up, since I haven't had this happen with any other game. Well I'm glad it was me and not the game, and that the issue was solved very easily!
