Hello, just some questions I had while playing the alpha! 1. Is there any way to spend EXP currently in the alpha? 2. I saw that Lavender "gains power in a region". But, I don't see anything resembling territory meters on the map and it can't be used yet. How will this work later on? 3. Will the colony cats have schedules later? My colony cats stay in the same spot all day. (near as I can tell! I still haven't met Alabaster yet; they might be in their den, but of course I can't get in ) 4. What is the currency that looks like an X with claw marks? Is it exp? 5. Is there any way to make Sneak a Held action instead of a Toggle? Maybe there could be an option which determines this?
6. Is weather implemented in the game? (If it is, no doubt the question will answer itself for me soon enough I just haven't seen anything but clear weather!) Yep!!! had a storm

I have many of the same questions, but I surely can give you an answer to number 6: ...Yes, there is weather. You can check the pond in your den to follow up on weather for that day and the next ( and some other fun stuff C: ). I apparently have a storm coming in my next day O.O

1. XP: Not yet, but hopefully soon! 2. Lavender currently has no function, but will eventually 3. Yes, NPC schedules are planned 4. Yep, that's XP! 5. Sneak can either be toggled or held by default, it depends how long you hold the button down. A quick press will trigger it in TOGGLE mode, and a long press will trigger it in HOLD mode.

This feels like an appropriate thread to ask in. At the moment there doesn't seem to be any way to reconfigure the controls for the game. Are there plans to add an in-game menu for this later? If there already is one then I have no clue where it is and could use some help locating it.

Thank you so much! No idea why I had so much trouble finding it.

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed, but does sneaking in quick time mode seem to be easier/harder based on distance or is it just random?

Do you mean the green bar of success during quick time mode pouncing? Yes, that is easier/harder based on distance. Not sure what you mean by the sneaking part.

Any idea what the meaning of the sneaking rings is? There's the ring around the prey, and then a larger sort of 'broken up' ring.

it seems the broken ring is where your cat has to be to get a "perfect" catch

The ring around the prey is just a targeting indicator. The further ring is their awareness where they'll flee if you walk inside. If you pounce from the very edge of it you'll get a perfect pounce and the minigame will be easier.
