So I got friendship with Robin to 5 stars and then I gave her the red rose and we are dating and her name is pink and everything but we don’t have the heart things. I tried to marry her but she said not now. I’m so sad and confused someone help me please what’s going on

You have to progress your relationship further (to a red heart) before you marry them.

Just keep doing what you were doing before to get to 5 stars. You'll have the red heart soon enough.
The order goes like this: white, blue, green, yellow, red.
