I apologize in advance if I did this the wrong way but I created this account just to ask abt this-  I'm on spring 1, year 3 and Molby still has not shown up to offer to renovate my den??  I've been in every mine, am married, and have completed the main quest.  Am I doing something wrong??  Do they not appear if you're in a custom colony?

Did you by chance use a cheat code to finish the main quest? If you've done that, then there's a possibility that it could've locked certain features, such as den upgrades. That'd be the case if you finished the quest that way before Winter 1, Year 1.

Yeah, I used the customcolony code-  that's probably why.  Is there any way to fix this?  I've spent a lot of time getting this save file ready

I'm not sure if there is a fix to it. Might be worth trying to join one of the main 3 colonies and seeing if that would trigger anything. (You can go back to your custom colony later. You'd just go to where you set up the camp and talk to Coco) I can't promise if it would solve the problem, however.

Rejoining one of the original 3 caused them to show up the next day, thank you so much for you help ^^ i really appreciate it!

Hey, my suggestion worked. I seriously just threw something out there having no clue it would do any good. XD
