I've been looking at coats for a while and really want to share my ideas, but I don't know if I can, and even if I could, how would I do it?

I don't think you can create a coat. That was a perk that came with some of the Kickstarter tiers back in 2017. They paid money to have their custom pelts made/put into the game (at least $100)
