I'm trying to date Scout right now and whenever I give them things they love they don't get there stars up, he/she is stuck at three stars. Do I have to give them things they love more everyday?

You're allowed to give them things three times a day. So, if you aren't doing that already that's what I would suggest. Make sure you're also talking with them every day as well.

Scout loves Catnip, Rabbits, Black Hares, Salmon, and Turtle Meat. The rabbits can be found in the upper right areas of the map.
