I recently held a poll on if I should start a new roleplay and what it should be about if I do, and the winning answer was "Yes, and create a roleplay about Cattails." So, I started brainstorming ideas of how to make said roleplay--would it be about the current Colonies or should I reboot my old roleplay "The New Colonies?" I decided to attempt to reboot The New Colonies--and if it doesn't work, I have another idea, just in case! {I'm determined for something to succeed .o.} Anyway, here we go!

~ Lore ~
Long ago, there were only three Colonies: Forest Colony, Mountain Colony, and Mystic Colony. However a cat named Thunder, a member of the Forest Colony, broke away from her Colony with the desire to build her own. The Colonies assumed she had simply gone missing, and after a few moons, gave up the search for her. Once they had, Thunder began growing her Colony {which she named Storm Colony,} near the center of the territories. However, it began growing too large for the other Colonies' liking--nearly to the amount of cats that they had, and to the size of which they could effectively battle and win over territory. So, to resolute this issue, they drove Storm Colony out of the territory. After being forced to flee, Storm Colony traveled for nearly a year until they found the perfect place--one they could call home.
About a year and a half after the Storm Colony had settled, another Colony passed through, with the same story as Storm Colony. Amazed by the territory, this Colony, Sea Colony, asked to split the land. Storm Colony took a few days to decide, when Thunder made the decision to share the land--why not help another Colony who had gone through the same hardships as they had?
Almost a year later, yet another Colony arrived. They claimed that they had once been apart of the original Colonies, as well, mostly the Mountain Colony and some rogues, but when a rebellion arose among the Mountain Colony, after a close defeat, the rebellion was forced to retreat. They had named themselves the Dark Colony and had traveled for a mere two seasons to find the new territory--quite impressive compared to the time spent on journeying by the other two Colonies. Soon the Dark Colony had requested a section of the territory to call their own, as well--and threatened that, if they didn't get what they wanted, there would be war. Reluctantly, the other Colonies, who did not wish for a battle in any way or form, accepted the Dark Colony's demands and created new borders once again.
Finally, the last Colony came to the new territories. After asking for a share of the territory, they explained that, after so many cats had been driven from the original Colonies' territory, several more had grown sick of their Colonies' greed and formed their own Colony, which they named Breeze Colony, and left, leaving three small past Colonies behind. After a moon given to the other Colonies to make a decision, Breeze Colony was allowed to stay, and as soon as the borders were finalized, that was how it remained.

~ Territory Info ~
~ Storm Colony ~
~ The Training Circle ~
The Training Circle is a clearing encircled by rocks, with two trees in the middle, in which apprentices often train.
~ The Great Maple ~
The Great Maple is a huge tree that grows not far from the Storm Colony camp. It is one of the largest trees in the territory, and it is said that if you climb to the very top, you could see the Skies--but to this day, that legend has never been proved to be true.
~ Sunning Place ~
Sunning Place is a large, mossy clearing surrounded by trees where, at sun-high, the sun shines through the canopy down upon the rise of moss, making a favorite place for the cats of the Storm Colony to sun themselves.
~ The Hallowed Tree ~
The Hallowed Tree is the meeting place of Storm Colony's camp. Traditionally the leader will stand atop the highest branch to make their announcements, and when they do so, the majority of the Colony will gather around the bottom of the tree. Half-way up the tree is a hollowed-out nest in which the leader lives in after receiving their nine lives.
~ The Deputy's Den ~
As hinted at by the title of this den, the deputy's den is where the deputy resides until they receive their nine lives, step down, or pass away.
