Are you still able to have another litter of kittens, with your second marriage?

No. You can only ever have one litter of kittens.

I'm pretty sure there aren't. If there are, they haven't been said yet. Even if it was going to happen, you'd have to wait a long time for it to actually be implemented, since the game just updated a week or 2 ago.
