I have a problem. I keep wanting to make new files on Cattails. I keep getting tons of ideas for colonies and stories and all sorts of stuff. How do y'all feel about running wild with ideas for colonies?
So, I'm already working on a colony where all the cats are ridiculously colorful (Bright Colony on the River Islet) and led by a rainbow (of course) cat named Sherbert.
And I also have another colony I'm working towards but I'm playing the file on Hard Mode so it may be a while. But it's going to be on one of the Rumbling Stones tiles, and I'm going for a sort of Urban street gang kind of colony (called Rumble Colony for funsies).
But I also have really random ideas, too.
Like... Bee Colony. Basically, make a cat, get the Bee Tabby pelt, get a colony, and then give them all Bee Tabby pelts. And marry one of them and have Bee Tabby kittens. And all of the cats names will start with the letter B. I... I don't know why I want to do this.

Why not make a colony based on a roleplay?

I would, but I'm not a part of a Cattails roleplay. Though, it sounds like fun! Maybe I should try making one? Hmm.

I have this very same problem! My mind keeps running wild with new ideas for stories about colonies and their leader.
Playing the game gives me a very strange kind of inspirational boost or something. I don’t why (?)

I made an abandonned village colony, so the cats live in lil houses. Other than that... Idk the bee colony seems fun

I made a colony based around gemstones. The leader was Alexandrite.
I used gem names like Red barrel and all sorts It was fun.

I just got an idea, like, a shadow colony, where all cats would have the silhouette pelt that's sold at the automn festival, and they all have dark themed names. It could be located in a graveyard or a road.
