Have you ever wanted to argue about Cattails, or say something you don't like about it, but have never had the chance to do so? Well now you do have a chance, on the official Cattails Discourse and Opinions thread! Here you can argue, state your negative opinions, and be an overall butt! Just remember to follow Falconstar's rules!
For example, you can argue about how terrible a certain cat is, but don't go insulting each other! In fact, don't even think of insulting each other in general! However, an exception to this is playful, non-serious insults. But be sure to state that you're not being serious! Try not to be excessively rude as well! Play nice, but still argue!
Also, don't talk about politics, or anything unrelated to Cattails!
Special Note: If you really want to be a huge butt, please be one in private messages! Thank you!
Now with that out of the way, let's start some discourse and opinions! [-x-]

I'll be the first to add onto this. (Sorry for double-posting!)
In my opinion, banded darters aren't rare. For being a "rare" bug, I sure do see them a lot. It's just kinda boring to spot one nowadays.
Also, I think that rare bugs should sell for higher. I know I said I don't think banded darters are rare, but still, the game labels them as so. Shouldn't it be worth more than just a few measly mews?
Mackerels on the other hand though, I don't see how they're simply "uncommon." I NEVER see them whenever I go down to the beach. I've only ever seen one once.

I feel like I'm the only one who despises Lyrus. hes fine when he talks normal but once he breaks out into his poetic-ness I'm just like ugh... idk its just such a turn off to me xD
my only other problem I feel like I have is keeping your friendship up with the other colony cats. I have to go out of my way all the time to make sure they don't lose any stars and its like I don't wanna NEED to visit the colonies every day, I wanna do my own thing. and its even harder now I have a custom colony so I have a 3rd colony to visit. at this point ive actually stopped caring about visiting the other colonies except the one I was originally in because by the time I even have spare time to go out of my way to visit them theyre already back down to 4 stars and it bothers my ocd so badly. (everyone must love me)

People tend to scream about Robin's gender too much and literally not remember that the cats don't have designated gender for that literal reason and that the cats literally have pelt dye so they didn't even have to be a born a calico like BlEaSe.... like how could you be offended by a calico baby as PRECIOUS AS ROBIN  also this part isn't discourse but i feel bad for falcon having to repeat things all the time especially when the custom colony wasn't out yet and people kept suggesting it or when people beg for cattails to be free like the Dev team is already rly nice and generous and funny and made their game enjoyable to everyone regardless of who we are and the game is only $15 and in this economy that's only like 5 things at the grocery store This game is too precious to end up like the warrior cat fandom eep |

Also the people who leave like a whole essay of how this game is terrible in the steam reviews when they've literally only played for like 2 hours just make me laugh

I wish that sarge was a marriageable option instead of lyrus, who leeches all the life and joy out of you with his dumb poetic two-liners that don’t make any sense. And stop calling me your rose! We hardly know each other! |

Wolfstone - I wish that Sarge was marriageable as well! Part of me also wishes that we could marry Leo. Same thing with Mossie. anawarrior - I kind of like Missy as well. They make me laugh. I like Lyrus for the same reason.
