The story of a holding cage for the in-betweens
INTRODUCTION
In a dark void of nothingness, there lives a ghostly white spire.
The spire holds thousands of forgotten people
and here, the forgotten are caged in a place that allows them to see
what is beyond their reach, and what their family is doing
what is beyond their reach, and what their family is doing
Nobody has ever remembered them.
Until a band of courageous new in-betweens
Surface a long-lost secret of the only person..
WHO WAS REMEMBERED
INFORMATION
In this roleplay, the Spire of the Forgotten is the only thing that keeps you mind, non-existent body, and soul from shattering into nothingness.
You can either be a guard or forgotten, also known as an in-between.
Guards keep track of the in-betweens that are trapped in the Spire. They enforce the rules and guard- as the legends go- the exit.
In-betweens, or "the forgotten", are trapped in the spire. They have to avoid getting punished by the guards, and if they're caught snooping, are locked in the highest cage at the top of the spire and are let down after 2 days. There are a few holding onto hope, uncovering secrets, and searching for the exit.
choose your path.

II: You can have up to two characters, but they cannot be a guard and a forgotten, one rank per user. This is so we don't induce cheating.

IV: Guards cannot physically harm in-betweens, they are spirits that died and are now forgotten.
V: In-betweens cannot possess things, much less guards. They cannot escape the spire, and cannot go through anything. They cannot harm guards or other in-betweens.
VI: Guards and in-betweens generally don't like eachother. Don't be buddy-buddy with a guard if you are a forgotten, and vice versa.
VII: Yeah, sorry, in-betweens aren't ghosts and can't appear in the living world or change their appearance at will.
VIII: Forgotten are from every time period. The only limit is that everyone that was forgotten before the Greeks are gone. No in-betweens past Greek times.

No, there weren't microwaves. The great depression started in 1930. Most people lost their jobs. You can look up other things on your own, just no "modern" stuff for guards like iPhones. They had flashlights since 1899, so they have them.
X: The password is "NoFortniteInTheSpire"
XI: Don't talk about Fortnite in the spire, people haven't died that quickly and have been forgotten.
