Stonedust listened to her carefully before saying, "I am Stonedust. My father died when I was a kit, and my mother passed away not long ago as an elder. My brother died when he was an apprentice, right in front of me." He took a long, deep breath before continuing, "I consider myself to be the best climber of Sunclan, my favorite prey is squirrel... and I'm single." He added the fact he was single quickly. "I'm sorry your parents are dead, Streamtail. And that you had no siblings to tease." He recalled fondly how he used to tease his brother constantly. "It's too bad all of the toms in your clan are flea-brains. Any one of them would be lucky to have you!"

Streamtail's heart shook when she heard the death of his brother. But then she perked up at his last sentence. "My favorite prey is-" But she was interrupted with a sharp meow. "Streamtail? Where are you?" Birchstar's voice boomed. She could hear Sagestar snickering n the distance. "What a fine clan! Their leader looses their warrior! Stonedust? Show yourself!"

A long moan escaped Stonedust as he gave an apologetic look to Streamtail. "Will you meet me here tomorrow night?" The tom didn't wait for an answer, and instead started to run back to the gathering, now aware Streamtail would have no problem following him. He was positive she would meet him again anyways if she was as enchanted with him as he was with her. He made it to the large clearing, trying not to look at Streamtail. He stood at the back of the gathered cats and made himself appear as though he had been there the whole time. "I'm right here, Sagestar!"
(Sorry if I went a bit fast with this one! Just thought it would go with Stonedust's personality a bit.)

As Streamtail watched him go, she whispered under her breath. "I'll be here.." Streamtail then trotted back to camp with her clan mates and settled into her nests outside. She preferred sleeping outside of camp, where no one could bother her.
Sagestar gave a disapproving look. "What took you so long? You smell of Duskclan.."

Stonedust said seriously, "One of them accused you of being a bad leader. So, I brought them out of the gathering and gave them something to remember." He winked at her before falling into line with his other clanmates. Sagestar nodded to him before scowling when he winked at her. She lead them back to their camp. Stonedust hastily found his nest in the warriors den and tried to sleep, but found it hard. He couldn't keep Streamtail out of his mind.
(Time skip to tomorrow night?)

(Yup!)
It was late night. The moon was shining ever so brightly. Streamtail's tail bobbed up and down as she padded her way into the clearing where she and the tom had met before. She guessed since the clan never really notice her, it made no difference if she wasn't there at all. She sat at the stream's edge. It was fast, dark, and reflected her face, moon, and stars. She let out a sorrowful meow before curling into a ball under a cliff's edge.

Stonedust padded into the clearing he had met Streamtail in previously. Flowerstorm had asked him where he was going, and he had lied to her, saying he was going on a walk to the opposite part of the territory. So, if he was followed, he had a better chance of not being found. He was popular in Sunclan, so it was always hard for him to sneak out. Many of the cats were up late tonight, which made it even more difficult. But, he had made it. His yellow eyes scanned the area, and when he couldn't find Streamtail, he called out, "Did you come?"

Streamtail had forgotten she looked almost the same color of the light-gray stone. Without speaking, she opened her eyes. Those brilliant blue eyes stood out against the rock and dazzled in the moon-light.

Stonedust let out a sigh of relief and smiled when he saw Streamtail's sapphire eyes. He hurriedly walked to her and laid down next to her, his fur skimming hers. "For a moment, I didn't think you had come." He took a small breath before continuing, "How about we start with you asking me anything, and I'll answer as honestly as I can?" His head tiled to the side in question. He wanted to show her he could be trusted.

The silvery she-cat gave a nod, then began to draw in the dirt with her claw. "What's it like in Sunclan?" She meowed softly, her flank against his.

Stonedust thought for a moment before replying slowly, "Well, we all care for each other and want to protect each other. We tend to throw insults at one another, but not in a mean way, you know? We all just strive to be the best." He looked at her, wondering if Streamtail was satisfied with the answer or wanted to know more.

(sorry, I fell into a deep sleep) Streamtail yawned, sleep hitting her. "Duskclan is the exact opposite." She meowed, before sitting up and licking down her matted fur. I just want to get away.." She whispered, fear panging her heart. "With you." She murmured, and turned into a tomato right after. She did not realize such words could escape her lips.

(Np, we all need sleep!)
Stonedust smiled at her before saying, "I know I made SunClan seem all great, but in reality, it's not the place for me." He licked her ear in affection before saying, "I want to be with you, too. But the night is ending, Streamtail. We need to go back to our clans, come back tomorrow, then figure it out."

(omL I squealed when I saw you online and you replied! I would've been on sooner, but I had MAJOR laptop problems. Stupid glitches.)
Streamtail sighed, and looked up. Her gaze danced along the fading silver-pelt and the wakening sky, dimly lit as dawn crept. She stayed where she was, a question crawling on her mind. "W-wait, Stonedust!" She whimpered. "I want to know.. Why did you choose to talk to me, instead of all she-cats? Have you seen Brindlepaw's face? Even if she is an apprentice of Sunclan, she looked mad when you came to me!" It was true. At the gathering, she snatched a nasty glance by Brindlepaw, seeing her thorn-sharp claws raking the ground.

(<3333. My dood don't worry about it. I have to go to a party later so I will be gone for a few hours :/ )
Stonedust flashed her a smile and said, "Because you looked so annoyed it was funny! And Brindlepaw? Never going to happen." The tom took a deep breath before answer honestly, "The other she-cats always try to show off in front of me. You were just being yourself, and they drew me in." He flicked his tail in goodbye and raced away to his camp, stopping to roll in some plants to wipe the scent of Streamtail off.
