I have been way too inactive because of school and stress
I'm in extension classes and i'm being bombed with work, i might as well be drowning in my own doom. This means i dont have any time to socialise with friends offline and online, and i'm kind of getting annoyed by it- i'm even rejecting my family.
Now, not trying to be depressed or anything, but does anyone have any suggestions on how i can improve my behaviour? Or something that will help me get active again yet still be productive with my work?
