I have been trying to befriend Mountain and Mystic colony, So I can complete the Gaurdian quest and make my own Colony. I can only give them 3 gifts a day.... and I really really want my own Colony. Is there certain gifts I can give them to boost my relationship quicker? I need all the help I can get. Thankyou!

I usually gave them the catnip I hoard and got their trust in 3 days

Catnip, lavender, snake lily, doves, bluejays, cardinals, etc are great gifts to give. Herbs are too.
