1. Where is all power paws? (I know that during festivals you can buy them)
2. Where is the place where you can catch the Catfish?
3. How to get reputation in other colonies and expand terriotory?
4. How to quickly fill the level of kittens?

I'm having problems understanding the first two questions.
However, as someone who would spend all her time in the mines if she had the ability, I can give you tips on those.
You always want to bring as much food and marigolds as possible. Preferably 12 (or more) pieces of prey, and 6-12 marigold (if you're attempting the island mine, you'll need way, way more marigolds)
Most recommended skills are Wild Slash and...the other fighting skill, although I use mostly just Wild Slash. I also keep Summon Allies on my skill roster for overworld purposes, and sometimes when I'm in the mine, I'll use it to provide a distraction to the bats while I'm mining. However, the incredible recharge time on this skill makes it very unreliable, so having the other fighting skill is probably better.
Jewels don't start showing up in the Prairie/Canyon mines until level 30 or so, so your first task is to make it to level 25 and then unlock the quick-travel (warp) hole. If you can make it to level 50 in one sitting, that's even better.
Topaz (iirc) are worth 7 mole cash
Sapphires are worth 12
Emeralds are worth 20
Rubies are worth 30
Not sure how much diamonds are worth. The only diamonds I ever obtained were in fixed locations, so...

Taking kittens to the mines is good when they’re in training, as health loss is quickly replenished with levelling up. But fully trained ones ‘die’ real quick, they keep throwing themselves at bats.

You can’t change the colony influence there. Cats of other colonies can spawn randomly, but are guaranteed to show up in battles. They cannot attack towns. Don’t tank but kite the bats, bring rabbits or bass, marigold and maybe Snake Lilies, upgrade your skills, upgrade your inventory, don’t spend too long at the lower levels. Just keep an eye out for rare items, pay attention to the screen and don’t use sprint that much, turn your game to very easy mode if you don’t mind a bit cheating. |

For the mining part, equips yourself with WildSlash and DeepCut will be good. They can break rocks around you without hurting your hunger.

Diamonds go for, from my mathematical standing (I could be 100% wrong) is that diamonds are worth about 80 in MOLE CASH. I handed all of my precious gems in at one time, and I had about 6-7 diamonds and got a little less than 1,000. I had 0 topaz, I just had sapphires emeralds and diamonds. That was my whole inventory (I ran out of food at lvl 100 but HEY! IT WAS WORTH IT!)
I did from lvl 1- lvl 100 in about 25-26ish in-game hours. I started at 6:45 AM and came out at like, 7:35 AM the next day.
