If you raise your reputation with another colony to 25%, then stay overnight in the town for the rep to drop below 25, do you get stuck in there unless you give something to the guard or use warp?

Nope! You won't get stuck. It's a tricky little edge-case, but basically once you've been let in, the guards shouldn't stop you until you leave the tile and then come back.
