How many gifts does it take to move up in stars with your kits? For several in-game days now I have given them each three gifts that their personality loves. So far not a single one has moved up from the default two stars.

I have no idea the exact number, but I had kits in the game and I managed to get them all up to 5 stars within am in game year and I only knew one of the kit's favorite thing. . .and I only gave them one thing per day. . .

I finally got all except for one kit to three stars. It just seems to take a whole lot more time than cats around the colony.

I have been giving them three of what they love every day. Just got to four stars with two of them.

I'm pretty sure they need to level up in order to reach certain friendship levels, but I'm not sure of the exact correlation.
