They are all available at festivals for 10 tokens.
Cardinal - Winter Festival
Catfish - Summer Festival
Blue Ladybug - Spring Festival
You can also catch catfish at the Riverspan and a cardinal at the orchard. There's other places to find them but i haven't seen them yet.
