With the Active Skill that allows you to teleport to the temple, you can go into the festival area when all the cats are there (Besides coco) and interact with them. You can do this by: At 11:55 on the day before the festival, use your ability. A new day will start, and about at 12:05, you will be teleported into the temple with all the cats there.
