Hi, you can find catnip at the place called Delta, theres atleast one.

I occasionally find catnip at Swamp lakes below Mystic colony's town/camp, Delta, River Islet (Next to the sacred temple) and many more places- just explore and i'm sure you'll find some soon

Flower Plains, Cairn Grove, Woodland Eyot, River Islet, and Delta are some places you can find catnip.
Also, I believe it grows back every 5 days, except for in winter.

It also grows at Central Lake and a spot east of Mountain Domain - Highland Central, I think, or somewhere below it. I don't remember the exact spot.
