Inside the little doorway thing, there's an area where you fight the bats, and then get into a room with several.....blocks? What's the order I have to push them in?

That's the one with the hints that mention the sun, right? If so, the order is this: (Blocks from left to right; start at 1 and end at 6)
2 - 5 - 3 -- 6 - 4 - 1

Citrine uhh i tried that order but all that happened was bats showed up and the blocks turned red.

The left and right is left and right on your screen, not out of the cat's perspective. That's all I can think of that may have gone wrong, considering I've seen the same solution being posted a few times by now.

You scratch at them with your claws. Just make sure you get it in the right order, or you'll have to fight more bats than you do when you first entered.

You have to follow the numbers this person gives not just thinking left to right, each block is numbered, so do it from 1 to 6, it’s not just a straight order, it’s mixed up |

I don't understand, it's still confusing, so do it in that order but still fight the bats? Or...what?

If you get the order wrong, then you'll have to fight more bats. This part comes after you fight the first set of bats.
