Currently I'm in a new save and trying to date Nil but I don't have access to the roses yet. I have 5 hearts with Nil and I'm waiting for Coco to show up but he doesn't. I have been sleeping in game, so it's not that. Anyone have an answer??

For me; for the ring/shiny thing and the den upgrades, the first of winter; if you want them both on the same day, do back in your den after Coco visits you and come out to get the mole. Hope this helps, in case you were wondering for this part!
