I headcanon that Coco is a spirit cat sent down to watch over the three colonies, which gives them the ability to teleport whenever and wherever they want.

I love how after the tutorial, Coco says you’ve had a long day and then poofs out. That’s about the only time it makes any sense that the cat could be mistaken about Coco, and it half seems like they are trying to protect their identity XD

Personally, I headcannon that Coco was a pet that was abandoned just like your cat, but Coco unfortunately died. Thus Coco is actually a spirit or ghost cat.

Kinda sad but I like to think it fits.

Yeah that fits perfectly imo. It's cool that people are coming up with all these theories about Coco's mysterious character. He could just be a random hallucination your cat sees after sniffing too much catnip XD
