Okay, so there is a totem in the Swamp Border in Mystic territory, and it asked me three questions. I answored all three correctly, and here are the answors. (I am not sure if these three are what everyone gets, and if the totem is in the same place for everyone)

It seems that the questions are randomly selected from a list of some kind, and there all of the totems seem to be in the same spot for everyone. There are four of them, one for each season, which grant you 5+ max. health when you answer their questions.
