I just installed Steam and Cattails yesterday, and both were working fine for me then. Today, when I clicked the Cattails icon on my screen, nothing happened. The same thing happened when I clicked on Steam. All of my other applications are working fine. What could have caused this error, and how do I fix it?

Steam can be funny sometimes this happens to me all the time where you have to restart your pc to get anything from steam to work.
