I watched the stream where the dev's played the beta to show what will be in it. I had a certain question come to mind when I heard that it was possible to romance a cat that was in a different colony. 

So when you finally get the rival clan to trust you and let them in your camp, I'm assuming that's when you can befriend the other cats and possibly get with them and have kits. So when the kits system arrives, what if it's possible to have kits with a cat in another colony.

So I'll mostly be using an example in this, so say that you're in the forest colony and you get the mountain colony to trust you enough and you seem to have an interest in one of the cats there. You get to do the romance system and go through that. 

Firstly, will it be possible to have kits with other colonies cats? And if yes, will the kits be in your colony, or will they be in the colony that your lover cat is in. Or will they be half colony cats?

Great question. Our current plan is to let the player have kittens with any cat that they marry. We also plan for your spouse to immediately move in to your personal den once you get married (so they "follow you to your colony" in a sense and begin living there.)

I was wondering if it was possible to become the leader of a colony or to make your own colony to control. Any designated roles in your colony to be added in the future or changes similar?

Also a great question. We are definitely planning on letting the player create their own colony (thanks to a Kickstarter stretch goal that we hit early on!) This is a feature that has not yet been implemented so I don't have too much to say about it just yet.

I think an intresting thing would be if you have half colonies i think some cats should say things like
"Pff... half colonies what shame"
or
"Wow i feel sorry for those kits"

I also think that some cats should be like

"Don't listen to those cats your kittens are beautiful"

or

"Half colonies sounds fun!"

Also what they say could depend on their friendship with you
