It was unfortunate that I discovered Cattails too late, when the Kicstarter was already over. Will it ever begin again?

Most likely no... Unless falconstar need it but thats like an 80% chance of it not happening again, If your alright with not getting anything im pretty sure you can still give money.

Yeah, given that they made 10 times their desired target, I highly doubt the kickstarter will re-open.

Kickstarter is a kickstarter. It's really unfair to current backers if they were to run it again.
Or to any new kickstarters for that matter. Would you really want to pay the same amount as someone else who's been playing for months?
