I am dying to get that Siamese pelt color for Twig, but I can't seem to rack up a whole lot of mole cash. Any tips?

I can't seem to understand it either, Molo tells you to bring him gems and he'll exchanged it to molebucks (i think thats what his currency is called) But instead it just counts the gems as money.
It would be cool if you got gems from killing the bats..

a good trick is to try and find gems after level 25, theres nothing at all useful that can earn much below the level 25 mining floors. just try to have a lot of prey and maybe get yourself some extra inventory explansion to hold all the prey and healing herbs(mostly prey), and your set. a high fighting/foraging skill is good for the bats in my experiance (foraging makes healing items heal you more, so.) also be sure to have enough mews to be able to buy healing items and mice every 25 floor break.

Yes, it can be quite tiresome until you reach the higher tiers of the caves. Once you're up past level 75 it's fairly straightforward. Even now when I use the level jump that I bought for level 75, I generally don't bother to start collecting until level 81 because otherwise my inventory fills up, so I just avoid bats if possible and break rocks till I find the stairs before heading up. I found once up there, if I keep my hunger at 100% or above (goes up to 150% with increased movement) then I have to eat less often then if I let myself get hungry before eating again. I find I tend to need more healing herbs.
If you are stuck down in the lower levels. Take plenty of food and healing herbs and just look for the stairs in each level until you reach some of the higher levels. You will of course need to collect some things to be able to buy the level jumps.

My tip is to go as far as you can in one delve. I usually bring 2 rows of healing items and 3 rows of food so I can keep going for about 50 floors at a time.
As you find higher-value stones and gems and your inventory is full, drop your low-value items and pick up the higher-value ones. You'll be able to pull 500+ MC in one going if you're determined, even if you don't have any of the mole tunnels.
Also, bring skills to help you defeat the bats with as little damage taken as possible, such as Wild Slash, Summon Allies, and Mortal Wound.
Okay, I guess that's several tips, not just one... but hope that helps!

Thank you, everyone, for the tips! I'll be sure to use these next time I go down.

I also found that at the shops on any 25-level increment(25,50,75) The mole shop SELLS Topaz and Sapphire. i just bought a tunnel to 25 and whenever I have either/over 100 or 250 mews, I just buy a topaz and BOOM, 8-12 molecash right there.

Where is the level jump? I got to level 25 before but seem to find any level jumps... It'd suck to have to go through those first 25 over and over, haha.
Does anyone else find it weird that ores are treated like junk in this game? I mean, I know they're animals, but gems AREN'T junk, and ore is? XD
