Thank you! I have verified that the bugfix works for your test mod files. On both loaded files and new files, the NPC "Kitty" only appears after the rival marriage is complete and Autumn 4 rolls around. This fix should be included in the next patch, we'll post to the Steam page news tab when it's ready

After looking over the documentation again, I noticed that it says: "Any NPC UID included in [the "kitten_uids"] list will be automatically "locked" and unavailable from the start of the game for a new savefile!"Since it specifies new savefile - is the modded rival kittens breaking on preexisting save files a known flaw (or even intended)? And, if so, is it ever going to be fixed? I'd really appreciate any kind of feedback about this, because right now this is the only thing in the way of me posting my mod. :') If this isn't supposed to be happening, I can see about posting some files that could help somebody diagnose any errors that may be on my end. Thanks, looking into this now! If you could share the mod files that would be very helpful in diagnosing the issue, it is likely a problem with the load file function. Edit: I believe I have this patched in the dev build, however the files would still be very helpful if possible! We have a bugfix patch scheduled at the end of this week and hopefully we can roll the fix into that.

The meadows (north by northeast from town) are generally the best place to encounter Beehives; though they are a rare spawn!

There needs to be a separate .lang file (1 per language) stored in /gameresources/map/lang for each region; have you created these .lang files for your custom region?

Hihi! I don't know if it's considered a bug or not but I'm currently experiencing data loss. Recently I've been making a lot of progress on my game (In the dating stage with an NPC, beat 3 ruins, upgraded powers, befriending clanmates) I even saved my progress before I exited my game, but every time I go back to my game my progress is gone and I'm back to square one, i even have the achievements. But not the achieved items. I really am upset because I've spent so much time getting to where I am, just to lose the progress all over again. I don't know if steam is saving the progress or what, but it can be frustrating spending hours on something just for it to be lost or not saved. Sorry to hear that, I know how frustrating that can be. Do you get any messages about Steam Cloud when the game starts up? Or any other save-related messages/errors? Edit: it's also possible Auto-save got accidentally turned OFF if you've been relying on it. You can manually save from both the pause menu and the bed in your den; you can also doublecheck your Auto-save setting from Pause -> Options to make sure it is ON

Hi! We've seen 2-3 players report this and it's very strange, it appears much much darker purple on all our devices. Could be mac related, we'll check on our dev mac and see if we can get to the bottom of it!

MacOS modding support is not planned at this time, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the middleware tools we use to develop the game, and those tools critically do not extend certain file operation functions to the MacOS platform that are necessary for our modding system to work properly.

Hi! All pixel art assets in both games are the copyrighted property of Falcon Development; that being said, using assets from Cattails 1 in a mod for Cattails: Wildwood Story is totally fine with me
