Hi! With Steam Cloud enabled (by default), your saves should migrate to your new device automatically if you log into the same Steam account. Otherwise, you can find your saves (on Windows) at %LOCALAPPDATA%/Cattails_Wildwood_Story/saves and manually copy/move the files to the new device.

Hi! Any chance you've already completed the spring trivia challenge and collected the associated power paw? You mention you're on Year 2, so I thought I'd check as you may have done so during Year 1

Thank you! Sorry to hear that, I understand your frustrations. I will be sure to look into what may be causing these crashes. Update: After completing the main story and finishing collection, these issues have dropped off dramatically. (Still happens occasionally, but I expect all software to crash occasionally) I will say I haven't noticed any correlation between achievements and those crashes, mostly related to things being unlocked in the collections tab would increase the chance of a crash happening within a few minutes. From my point of view it seemed like three stages: Stage 1 - not a lot of items in my collection, picking up lots of new items, low crash rate Stage 2 - a lot of items in my collection, rarely picking up a new item but high likelihood of crash when doing so Stage 3 - collections finished, low crash rate So it seems to be related to how the engine handles the data for freshly-unlocked collections after a certain threshold of collections have been unlocked - this would explain why I noticed it happening more often after rare and legendary first time drops, which never happens now. Hope this helps and isn't just useless rambling, lol. Thank you! This is all very useful information. We had a similar report that seemed to be related to the player's Storage bin being very, very full of items; out of curiosity, how many items are in your Storage bin? (an approximate number is fine, or number of pages full/size of average stack)

Playing on Switch, and the game crashes pretty often, maybe once every 1-2 hours or so. It's given me a paranoid twitch to save my game whenever anything happens, because it seems to happen more often when I get something new for my collection - twice it's happened after catching my first cardinal, once after picking up my first foxglove. Another time it happened after completely the first dark ruin - entering the sacred temple after caused an immediate crash. It's become less frequent since I've started saving the game, shutting down the program, and restarting it again about once an hour. I suspect it may be a garbage collection issue in the code, since it only seems to happen when the program has been running for more than an hour - I don't recall it ever happening shortly after start up. Thank you! Sorry to hear that, I understand your frustrations. I will be sure to look into what may be causing these crashes.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Are you playing handheld or in docked mode? In docked mode, much of this problem can be alleviated from Settings -> Video -> set GUI resolution to "pixel-perfect". On handheld this is currently not possible unfortunately.

Platform - Switch Game Version - 1.2.1 Bug: Crash Sadly I cannot tell you what exactly is causing the error... the Switch just says something ran into an error and closes the game. It's happened to me 4 times over a few days (one when I was almost to another rest point in the mines ; A ; ) Crashes are not happening with any other game... and in fact this is the first game on the Switch that has crashed for me. I'll let you know if I have any better info, but because on the Switch -- can't really give a crash dump Hi! Sorry to hear that, thanks for the report. Any additional info would be super helpful. Have all 4 crashes occurred while mining? Or any other specific activity? Any additional info about what you were doing in the game at the exact moment of the crashing is most helpful.

Hi! There is no official discord, but there are a handful of unofficial ones out there. Our official communities are this forum and the Steam community forums: steamcommunity.com/app/1882500

-Platform/Version: Switch v1.2.1 -Description: When the Switch is placed into the dock I noticed the visuals become more artifacted and jagged on the edges when compared to using the Switch undocked which looks very smooth? Mainly noticable on UI and text. I wasn't sure if this was intentional or not? It's easier to tell the difference when you're able to flip between the two pictures via tabs or such. -Steps to replicate the bug: Happens when you start the game when the switch is already docked and also happens when the game is started while undocked and then put in it.
Docked: Undocked:
Thanks for any help, and thank you so much for a great game!! Already have 15 hours on the PC version xD
Hi! This is due to GUI scaling but if you prefer you can change it. Pause->Options-> Video -> Docked Resolution
