Hello In the forest colony, the mountain domain and the custom colony only the healers and all three simple residents are able to date. But in the mystic colony there is a difference. Mossie, one of their simple residents is not able to date, but Alisa, the leader. Why this?

Alisa and Mossie are both cats people got in the game through the Kickstarter. The person who made Alisa paid for a marriageable cat, but the person who made Mossie only paid for a non-marriageable cat. I suppose their roles could have been swapped, but I figure it was because Alisa's personality works much better for a leader than Mossie's does.
