I'm almost done with collecting the items for the Main Story, I only have a Tiger Butterfly, Salmon, and Mackerel left. It's summer so it'll be easy to get the butterfly and I can probably get the salmon if I look hard enough, but I can't find the Mackerel. I have never found a Mackerel in my entire Cattails game! Where o you hunt a Mackerel, and do any of the colonies or Festivals sell them?

You can find a mackerel mostly on beach areas.
Go to the pirate mines and sit on the bank and wait. I caught five mackerels there.

Thanks a lot!!!!1 I'll definitely need to get my swimming level up a lot for that, every time I do it I have so little health left I get killed by bats on like the third level XD

Hey! You're in luck, with the new update you can get Mackerel/Salmon from Molo/Molu (normal mines) and Tiger Butterflies from Ember (Forest Colony)

Do you know what version the update is? It may or may not have updated overnight but I'm not sure.

If you're not sure, you can always right-click Cattails in your Steam library, click "properties", "local files" -> "verify integrity of game files" |
