I've been wanting to put this up for a while, but I waited until I had all the colony members up to five stars. These items are the ones that I found to be the most effective when it comes to moving up on friendship levels with all the characters in the colony. This may not be a complete list, so if you notice something that is missing, please comment it so I can add it here!

Alright, I was busy polluting Mystic Colony's swamps even more so I had tons of rock debris laying around, so then I decided to do the character dislikes. I've tested out 54/57+ items. Items missing: Catfish, lunar butterfly, and black firefly.

These are the faces the Forest Colony cats' make when you give them something they dislike:

Doc dislikes: all squirrels, all mice, mackerel, turtle meat, crow, dove, iron ore, rock debris

Ember dislikes: toad, frog, raspberries, blackberries, all ladybugs, iron ore, rock debris

Lyrus dislikes: black hare, rabbit, crow, sea bass, mackerel, toad, frog, all ladybugs, gold ore, iron ore, rock debris

Mayor dislikes: black hare, rabbit, valerian, all fireflies, gold ore, rock debris

Missy dislikes: trout, salmon, bass, mackerel, turtle meat, all dragonflies, iron ore, rock debris

Scout dislikes: sea bass, blueberries, licorice root, marigold, all fireflies, gold ore, iron ore, rock debris

Once you hit max dislike for each character they'll greet you differently. It'll happen once a new day begins at midnight, they won't greet you differently on the same day. You can still give them items though and improve your relationship. Here's their greetings, in case you're too nice:
