Since I've mentioned the others, here's the events for the other two rival marriages:
Elli and Champ are easy, just visit Krampy's, Elli's, and Champ's dens during the day (actually, one of them doesn't care what time it is, but...).
Spark and Lainey are in Spark's (and Ember's) Den and West Central. Note that two take place in the same location. The times are the hard part, as one takes place in the afternoon, one in the evening (between 5 pm and 11 pm), and one during the day before 5 pm.

So, funny thing: If you look at Bubby's greeting while they are very young, it's
...- ..- ...-
In Morse code, that's VUV

Is that a letter face thing? Distant relative of UWU?

Vanuatu Vatu (VUV): VUV is the currency code for the currency of Vanuatu, which is called the Vanuatu vatu. It is the official currency of the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu. Vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV): VUV is also used to represent Vacuum Ultraviolet, which refers to a specific region of the electromagnetic spectrum. It corresponds to wavelengths shorter than those of ultraviolet light and is typically found in vacuum environments or high-energy sources. Vanuatu (country): In some instances, "VUV" may refer to Vanuatu itself, which is an island nation located in the South Pacific Ocean. Vanuatu is known for its beautiful beaches, coral reefs, and diverse culture. Variable Unit Value (VUV): In certain financial or economic contexts, "VUV" could be an abbreviation for Variable Unit Value, which refers to a method of valuing investments in mutual funds or unit trusts. It indicates that the value of each unit of investment can fluctuate based on the performance of the underlying assets.

Is that a letter face thing? Distant relative of UWU? I have absolutely no idea (not my thing). I just found it amusing and wanted to point it out to those interested.

Something crossed my mind, so thought I'd say this here: If you are having trouble with the dating events, but have the right friendship level and tried all of the locations and times (and had good weather, for one of them), then its possible you just haven't met everyone in the event (they need to be in the colony and you must talk to them at least once). For most, this shouldn't be a problem as the characters that are needed are usually already part of the colony (Krampy, Elli, Jag, Coco, and Ember. Spark and Lainey also need Fliss, Alabaster and Fliss need Lainey.). However, Bob and Buttercup have an event that requires Charlotte and Jag. If you do not have Charlotte, that event will never occur.

Well that sucks. I didn’t really want to invite Charlotte to my future colonies but I guess I have to That very well might be the reason that is the only dating event that needs a recruitable cat that isn't one of the two dating. To provide more incentive to those who know Charlotte to recruit them beyond just the achievement. On a side note, I noted that (partly because of Charlotte) Bob and Buttercup is likely the hardest marriage to get naturally. The easiest is probably Krampy and Talon.

Yeah, there’s an event between those two where Talon probably gives Krampy a red rode on purpose! But you already knew the because I think you told me about that? I don’t know I’m tired. I think those two have become my favorite pairing by far- I like all of them, but I don’t like the Champ and Elli pairing nearly as much for the sole reason of Aster.

I mean, the way the rose is given is very Talon and Krampy's reaction to finding it is just as fitting. If you were to give Krampy a rose, they don't realize your intentions at first, either. But I meant getting the marriages to happen naturally in gameplay, without trying to get them to occur.
Because I love explanations and examples and can't resist:
Krampy and Talon - You only need to recruit Talon, who, as one of the three recruitable cats that recruiting gives you more than just another cat (which is itself a desirable quality about the recruitment), is available for recruiting from the start and requires easy-to-get items. Both are cats players have good reason to visit regularly (aside from just to talk, I mean) and their events take place at easy times in places players will frequent. Given you have to talk to Talon for squads, even Talon's den is not really a problem. I wouldn't be surprised if theirs is the the most visited den after Krampy's, Ember's, and Glimmer's.
Spark and Lainey - You just have to recruit Lainey (and Fliss), who is available to recruit from the start, gives two cats on recruitment, and requires relatively easy to acquire, if location-specific, items. Their events are in locations that are commonly frequented, though one is at a somewhat difficult time.
Alabaster and Fliss - Two cats to recruit, both are available to recruit immediately and both give abnormal benefits (gardening and two cats for one recruitment), and neither are hard to recruit outside of items that are more specific as to their location. Alabaster will probably be spoken to fairly frequently (shop, after all) and their events are at easy times, even if two of those events occur at dens, which players only really have reason to visit once (to check out the inside when they are finally allowed to, though they may visit Alabaster's a bit more because shop).
Elli and Champ - Only need to recruit Champ, who is rather easy to do so, however he doesn't become available to recruit until you recruit at least one other cat. While their events are all at easy times, you do have to go to Champ's and Elli's dens, which most players only have reason to visit once.
Bob and Buttercup - You need to recruit Bob, Buttercup, and Charlotte. While Bob and Buttercup are available to recruit immediately, Charlotte requires you to recruit two other cats first, and none give any extra benefits to recruiting. Buttercup and Charlotte need uncommon/decently difficult items to recruit as well. As for their events, two are in places players don't really have reason to visit often (Festival Plaza and Buttercup's den) and two are at awkward times. One of their events even has a choice that can make their marriage take a bit longer to get (if you encourage the fight, Bob loses relationship points with you).

Ellie and Champ Spark and Lainey Krampy and Talon. No, seriously. Like, are they random? Do they just- is this really a pairing? Like, they never mention each other in dialogue! If anyone else has anything about this, please let me know so I can see if this happens every time or what. Bob and Buttercup. Dude, ok, if anyone has any other savefile with all cats all 4 stars, please, PLEASE tell me Kramer and Talon and Bob and Buttercup aren’t married at your colony. Please. I mean, Ellie and Champ and Krampy and Talon aren’t even LIVING together! Watch, next one’s going to be Coco and the Forest Guardian. Alabaster and Fliss I actually feel a little bit bothered about Krampy and Talon if I'm being completely honest. Especially because IIRC, early on, I believe it was Glimmer mentions something about a handsome cat with a mask (which pretty heavily implies Krampy)... I expected them to be one of the pairings, so Talon feels EXTREMELY random and kinda out of left field??

Charlotte being required for Bob and Buttercups' first event to proc (and thus stifles their entire relationship entirely) is definitely what makes their relationship the most frustrating as one of her reqs to get her (Snake lily), you cannot get without waiting, outside of the Spring Festival and MAYBE through gifts from other cats but I'm not sure about that as I do not know who gives you Snake Lily if any do and the wikia has absolutely no info there, but even if that was the case it's rng. Her needing two other cats before she can be recruited is fair, and while her reqs are probably the most difficult to finish, you can get the Amethyst and Crows easy enough if you're dedicated enough to the mines and scrounging in the desert which I think is where crows spawn the most but don't quote me on that. I had more than enough of the former when it came time to be able to actually recruit her. The Snake Lily however? If you can't or don't get the one from the Spring Festival at the VERY earliest to pamper to a 3 star one from its seeds thus allowing you to get more with every star (Thus allowing you to fulfill that req), assuming you don't quickly raise your cats friendship stars and have to possibly rely on their random gift choice, you're straight up SOL waiting until Autumn. And by that point you likely already have Bob and Buttercup in your camp waiting for this one cat for their event. This isn't me complaining btw, far from it, I love a challenge, but man it's definitely harsh in hindsight to realize it xwx'.
(*Insert me resetting my main save file bc now I have to remember to buy the dang thing from the festival shop the moment I see it*)
