Hello Cattails Community! Today we are proud to announce "Cattails: Wildwood Story", the standalone sequel to "Cattails"! This is such a surprise! I love Cattails and still play it regularly but I did not expect a sequel. I am very happy and so excited. Already wishlisted it on Steam.

Hmm... I like the look of the new background sprites, the sprites of the spirits and the new enemies and overall I am excited for the game but-
I'm not sure how the character sprites look? They kind of look like a slight downgrade.

They're a bit less visually appealing than before and their idle standing position looks a bit unnatural. There's plenty of time to refine though so I think the game will look great! |

Oh I agree the dialogue sprites look amazing, but the overworld sprites could use some work. (the front faced cat sprite scares me haha) But everything else looks amazing so I'm overall very excited. |

I havent looked into this very much but I am also exided (Sorry 4 bad spelling). Also, I wanted to know, What is the main objective of the game? becasue the normal cattails has a main quest of trying to bring the forest gaurdian back for Coco so im just wondering because I don't know much about the game yet. (But I did see a black cat that had really messy fur in the begining of the story so I think the anwser has something to do with the big cat.)
