Yes it does! If you've ever used Deep Cuts (the active skill), using snake lily will have a similar effect except only on the enemy you strike (you can strike multiple with the same snake lily, though). They'll gradually lose health over time. The higher your foraging skill, the more lethal the plant will be for your opponents.
