Who did you (first) decide to marry?

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forums so I'm sorry if this topic has already been approached before--I'm a sucker for statistics and would love to hear from all of you!! So, which cat stole your heart first? I know that many people do multiple runs of this game, so have married multiple cats, but who caught your eye from the beginning?


Personally, I went with Pebble! Everything about them, from their sprites to their personality, absolutely melted my heart as soon as I saw them!!

Lyrus was the first one for my cat! Their poems caught my attention and I fell in love with the way he talks! Plus, the blue fur is awesome!

I wanted to marry Sarge before I realised I couldn't marry him xD

My second option was scout.

I first started going for Alisa, but then I met Arthur, and every time that silly orange tabby opened his mouth, I loved him more. Then I started a new file in the mountain colony just so I could marry him. XD

Fun fact; you can marry any marriageable cat regardless of which colony you join

I was gonna go for Scout in my first save file but Slip gave me more gifts so I ended up marrying him

I went for Slip. They seemed solidly nice and gentle plus, since dating/marriage, they're quite enamored with my cat. Always saying sweet things and showing affection.

I planned to go for Alisa but I'm waiting for the Custom Colonies update because I hope I can set up a camp by the ocean since they long to be close to it. I want to make my blue/green eyed beauty happy.

Definitely Missy. It's the best being married to a cat who used to only think of herself~ (now she thinks of herself and me~ and soon our kits cx) i do plan on going on making another file at some point and marrying Nil

I married far too quick and didn't realize I could marry cats from another colony. While I think Scout is great (I was between Scout and Missy) I probably would've went with Alisa first if I had known, I really love their eyes! Wouldn't it have been funny for Alisa to have married a Forest colony cat?

My true love is Savannah, and it makes my heart ache that I can't marry them. All the cats are pretty awesome, though.
