Have been noticing that once I surpassed 75% reputation with the Mystic Colony, Oracle no longer offers weather visions that they would after being permitted to use services within the Mystic Colony, and instead only offers the player to join the colony.   |

I don't think it's a bug, it's just that you have enough reputation to join the Mystic Colony if you want to and he will keep asking you unless you drop below 75%.

But it seems to me that the option to join the colony has completely replaced the option to ask Oracle for their visions of weather that were available after 50%?
