Make sure that you have bought the nursery den upgrade. After that you just have to wait until your mate asks if you want to have kittens. Then you need to wait like a couple of seasons and then you will finally have kittens. Make sure you are sleeping every night.

I just got kits realy quickly in about three to four months. the problem is... its been almost a year and they are still sleeping. all they do is sleep.
