Name: Crowfang Age: 12 moons Gender: Female Parents (Mom/dad): Darkfern/Squirrelwhisker Clan: Born Shadowclan, raised Thunderclan Siblings: None --------Appearance-------- Pelt Color: Dark smudgy black Eyes: Pale ice blue Tail Length: Very long (think Tallstar) Body Type: Lithe w/ long legs Fur Type: Thick & sleek Markings (Scars & Otherwise): Scar across left eye, black tail
Crowfang is a young warrior who as a kit snuck out of camp, only to be attacked by a vicious dog fox. Left with a scar that mars the dark wet ash colored fur on her face, the rest of her dark smudgy ash coat (slightly lighter than her face) is unmarred.
-----------------------------------------------------RP LINE-------------------------------------------------------
Crowfang stretched out against the warm earth. Yesterday she had slept after her warrior vigil, and today she could go out on patrol and begin her life as a warrior. Her fur was black against the bright ground, but in the shadow it turned to its usual dark wet and smudgy ash color. Her pale eyes scanned the camp for a moment before settling on the gorse entrance. Stretching one last time, she got up and bounded through the entrance and breathed in the deep scent of greenleaf. A slight chill went through her as a leaf-fall breeze whipped through the trees. The hollow hadn't felt cold but then again, it didn't have the trees over it anymore. A strong storm a long time ago had ripped out some of the trees. Skyclan's scent caught on the strong breeze but it was faint, obviously carried by the strong winds through the forest.

Name: Robinflight Age: 15 Moons Gender: Female Parents: Bramblestorm/ Honeytail Clan: Thunderclan Siblings: Redkit (Deceased)
~Appearance~
Pelt Color: White Eyes: Amber Tail Length: Average Body type: Kind of small with a lithe figure Fur type: Short and smooth Markings: red and orange markings cover her body.
Robinflight is a warrior born and raised in Thunderclan. She has a brother named Redkit, but he died a few days after birth. Robinflight works hard for her clan and basically dreams of having a family one day.
~RP LINE~ Robinflight followed her patrol out of the gorse tunnel, sniffing the air. She could smell Skyclan faintly, felt the cold breeze, and continued to sniff for prey. She recalled it was leaf-fall now and they needed to find some prey. As the patrol continued searching, one of the cats pointed out a rabbit chewing on a plant. The group circled around it, Robinflight stalking close behind it. A warrior flicked his tail, signaling he was going to go for it. He jumped out, narrowly missed it, but scaring it right into Robinflight's claws. She killed it quickly, and the patrol quietly celebrated the good catch.

Crowfang heard the short squeal of a rabbit not far off and smelled some of her clanmates. Thinking they were hunting, she headed the opposite way and headed for the lake. A chill breeze whipped stiffly off the water as a twoleg went out in the water on one of their weird wooden leaves. It must've been the last twoleg of the season, as even those in the greenleaf twoleg place had all left. Shivering slightly, she padded down to the shore. Here, reeds dotted the shoreline against the water. Looking over her back for a moment and satisfied that no one was watching, she plunged into the icy water and began to swim for awhile. She knew it wasn't normal for a Thunderclan cat, but she liked it.

The small patrol only consisted of three cats. One of the cats said "We should split up, cover more hunting ground" They all agreed, and Robinflight offered to head towards the lake. As she made her way there, she heard splashing. Not the type from twolegs, but a cat. Was Riverclan on her territory? Robinflight hid behind a tree and looked at the water, faintly making out a blackish pelt. "Whose there?" She bellowed, hoping to scare the potential intruder.

Crowfang whipped her head around, still paddling. As quietly as she could, she swam into a thick bed of reeds and peered out. When she saw her clanmate, she hesitated. Only one cat had ever caught her swimming and Thrushfoot had sworn not to tell. She flicked her tail nervously and stepped out, water streaming from her pelt. She didn't want anyone else knowing she swam but she didn't want Sweetstar thinking Riverclan was trying to invade. She stood her ground, aware that while Robinflight should recognize her, the stiff breeze that was now blowing towards the pines and water on her fur might hide her scent.

Who could that even be? Robinflight thought to herself as she saw the cat step out from the reeds. She still couldn't tell, so she walked closer. Soon she realized it was Crowfang. What is she even doing in the lake? Robinflight stared at her clanmate coldly "Shouldn't you be, I don't know, hunting or something? Leaf-fall will be here soon, why are you playing in the water?!" As soon as the words came from her mouth, Robinflight realized she was being harsh, and regretted it. The clan, no, the only family you have needs food, you're doing the right thing!

Crowfang shrank in her pelt, her pale eyes staring at a smooth pebble next to her paw. "I'm sorry. I just woke up from sleeping after my vigil. Dawnwhisker wasn't in camp and I thought I might come hunt by myself. I just wanted to swim first." Her thick pelt began to fluff up, uneven along her spine. Her tail dropped, the tip settling against a reed. She did her best to keep her ears from flattening. "I didn't even smell anything but a rabbit on the way here, it's too cold on the shore for most prey. I was thinking of warming up first by running towards the Shadowclan border. Thrushfoot told me he found a nest of squirrels there." That last bit was a lie but she had been planning on hunting. She just didn't mention she was going to go fishing.

"You aren't an apprentice anymore. Just go hunting and I won't tell anyone about this. Deal?" Robinflight was to anxious about Leaf-fall to put in anymore of an argument than that. She had experienced first hand (First paw, idk) what it was like to starve, and she didn't want to see her clan go through it again. Plus, Crowfang only just became a warrior, she should just take it easy on her.

Nodding, Crowfang pounded up the slope, scattering water droplets everywhere. Her long tail streamed behind her, shedding the rest of the water like feathers. Her ears were flattened. She was terrified that Robinflight would tell Sweetstar or worse, Dawnwhisker. Though Dawnwhisker was clan deputy she was also Crowfangs mother and hated Riverclan especially; they had refused to give Thunderclan medicine moons ago and Crowfangs brother, Thicketkit, had died. She wouldn't understand that Crowfang loved to swim and envied Riverclan's ability to hunt fish and swim. Reaching the Great Sycamore, she pelted towards Shadowclan border and slowed down. Tasting the air, she caught the sour scent of a fox but it was stale, as if it had passed by the night before. She crept around until she heard some squirrels. Thrushfoot may not have told her anything about squirrels nest, but she had found quite a few.

Robinflight shuddered as water droplets fell onto her white, red and orange pelt. She suddenly wondered how her father Bramblestorm would have treated the situation. He used to be a strong and humble warrior, but now confined to his den as an elder. Robinflight sighed, because then her thoughts fell onto her mother, Honeytail, now frail and weak in her old age. Robinflight shook her head, clearing her thoughts and went back to hunting. After catching two voles and a mouse, she headed back towards camp, considering it to be a successful day in the hunting category.

OOC: Feather, this is a realistic Warriors RP. You post will not be counted. Cats do not fly, the Dark Forest is gone now. Please do not reply
RP: Crowfang trotted into camp after sunset, three squirrels being dragged by their tails in her mouth. She had left a mouse and a sparrow outside the entrance but would get it when she dropped her squirrels in the fresh kill pile. After dropping all her prey into the pile, she chose a small shrew and settled down onto a shady piece of dirt not far from the nursery. She could hear the kits inside sleeping, their gentle purrs almost silent. Watching the camp, she noticed Dawnwhisker arranging the evening and dawn patrols.

Robinflight stood next to Volepelt when Dawnwhisker was assigning the patrols. She was distracted by Crowfang as she came into the camp with some squirrels. Good catch she thought to herself. So much more gets done when you work. Robinflight brought her head back to Dawnwhisker and found that she would be on the dawn patrol. She sighed to herself, realizing she would have to get up early.

Crowfang dipped her head as Dawnwhisker approached. The deputy explained that Crowfang was on the evening patrol and told her about a fox that had been seen near Greenleaf twoleg place, and told her to get ready. Crowfang nodded, finishing her meal then heading for Thrushfoot, Juniperheart, and Beefur. Beefur wrinkled his nose at her but she followed them out. The borders were quiet, the fox was nowhere in sight and the scent was faint. Crowfang tried her best to ignore Thrushfoot, whose pelt brushed hers occasionally. She knew the tom liked her, but she knew that someone else would be a better mate for him. As they came back to camp, there was a low snarling from behind them and Crowfang turned just as a fox leapt out of the bushes. Beefur screeched and Juniperheart fled back into camp to get help.

Robinflight was just heading into her den when she saw Juniperheart rush into camp with a look of fear. "What's wrong Juniperheart?" she asked. The she-cat screeched "There's a fox! We need help!" Sweetstar heard this and took action right away. "Robinflight and Volepelt, follow Juniperheart back to the fox and help them. We'll come with reinforc-" Robinflight didn't hear anymore because she bolted out of camp, easily following Crowfang's scent, and saw a fox attacking her and Beefur.

Crouching low, Crowfang took a moment to study the fox. Its snout was thicker than most, and it was female. No smell of milk, but it was thicker around the middle. 'Must be carrying kits' The thought flashed through her head a she suddenly launched herself onto its back. Every warrior in Thunderclan knew that when it came to fighting, she showed herself to be among the most skilled fighters as an apprentice. Even Lionstar, one of the first leaders after the death of the legendary Firestar, could've gone paw to paw with her & possibly lost. She caught Beefur going for its belly out of the corner of her eye and began to swipe at its eyes. It screeched and tried to fling her off, but Thrushfoot suddenly appeared and began swiping at its muzzle with both paws. The fox screeched again as Beefur rushed out from under it. "It's carrying kits! Drive it away!" The black striped tom called out, clawing at the foxes legs. Crowgfang clamped her jaws around one of the foxes ears, losing her grip slightly in its fur as she did. It roared again, blood flowing down its face. A moment later, Robinflight, Dawnwhisker, Juniperheart, Volepelt, and Thornpaw burst out of the bushes. When the fox caught the sight of so many cats, it flung Crowfang to the ground, snarled, and ran off. Thrushfoot ran over to her but she shrugged him off, panting. Beefur padded up to the newly arrived warriors and dipped his head. His flank was bleeding heavily; Crowfang didn't remember the fox even attacking but then again, she had clung to its back for the fight.
