It has started pouring. It is high tide.
☁ Stormstar ☁
Tom | PalmClan | Leader | 100 moons
Running to Petalheart's den (den 8)
Stormstar continued to walk towards his daughter's den. When rain gently started to fall, he ignored it, until it started to pour. He picked up the pace, happy to see the tree near her den come into view. Stormstar ran as fast as a bulky tom like him could, trying his best to ignore how heavy and annoying his long fur was getting.

❀ Petalheart ❀
She-cat | PalmClan | Queen | 40 moons
Inside her den (den 8)
Petalheart nodded to Mudflower, chuckling as she heard a growl of hunger. "That sounds good. Now go on, go find yourself something to eat," she suggested. She noticed rain gently starting to fall, flinching as a drop fell onto her nose. "Oh, and stay dry!" Petalheart added cheerfully. When the rain started to fall harder, she got up and walked to the shelter of her den. She sat down in her soft nest, which was lined with soft feathers. She had been collecting finch feathers for about a moon now, so she would be sure that her kits would have comfortable nests. Petalheart gazed outside as the raindrops fell, watching as they each hit the ground with a tiny splash. Suddenly, she saw a dark space speeding across the Plains. Huh? Petalheart thought. Oh, my father! He must be so soaked...

«Oakstar»
Tom | LeafClan | Leader | 50 moons
Sitting on a branch outside his den (den 9)
Oakstar kept his eyes on the water, watching for signs of fish and ignoring the drizzle. He waited and waited, until it was heavily raining. He noticed the tide started to rise, and decided it would be better to leave. He picked up his mackerel in his jaws, and quickly swam back to shore. He looked back to Tendrilstalk with a questioning look. Oakstar wasn't going to maker her leave, although he doubted she would catch anything in this weather. Plus, being in the ocean during a storm- especially a storm during high tide- was dangerous. Oakstar turned away from the she-cat and ran back to his den, quickly climbing up the tall tree and stashing his fish in the knothole he stored prey in. He had planned to curl up in his nest and wait the storm out, but then he looked back to the ocean. Would Tendrilstalk be okay? He decided to watch her get to the shore to make sure, taking a seat on a branch and spotting her dark shape among the churning blue water.

☙ Fallowfern ☙
She-cat | LeafClan | Medicine Cat | 30 moons
In her den (den 4), sorting herbs
Fallowfern woke up from her nap outside to find her pelt soaked. With a quiet, surprised squeak, she got up and rushed inside. She started to groom her messy brown fur, trying her best to get all the water out. Fallowfern hoped she would be able to make herself look presentable quickly. After all, she was getting an apprentice tonight! Then again, her pelt would probably become soaked again the second she went outside. Oh well. Abandoning her grooming for now, Fallowfern started to rearrange her herbs, putting the ones that beginners quickly picked up near the front, and the herbs for very specific and hard to remember uses near the back. She knew that Needlekit had prior knowledge about herbs due to watching her at work, but she would just have to see what he knew.
