Hello, I'm very new to the game! I really wanted to grab the Calico skin from the shop because I so desperately want to be a Calico for the remainder of the my game, so I found where your save files are located (I'm a Mac user), although beyond that I can't really figure out the code here. I just wanted to add a few mews to my save. So here's where I found the mews in my file: If you go into my game, you can see I only currently have 2 mews. I don't really know what the "Mg==" next to the code means and I was honestly hoping there would be a number there that I could change, lol. I'm not good at this kinda stuff. Someone please help me? I just wanna add some mews so I can purchase the Calico skin. Please no comments about how I should "play the game correctly" or "not hack" because there are plenty of other people like me that like to use a little boost in games, no shame. Anyway, any info or help would be appreciated!

Hey! Just wanted to leave a quick comment about this. Editing your savefile is perfectly OK, but I want to leave a quick warning about editing the Mews value in particular. If you don't do it right, your file will stop loading entirely, so I would advise keeping a backup or, if you're really worried, not touching that field.

Hi there! The "Mg==" actually just means 2, as you've said. Seeing as you want a pelt, changing your pelts in the file directly would work a lot better for you than changing your mews to be able to purchase it, as it's faster and easier to achieve what you want!
So, as Falcon has said editing files is okay, here's how you can directly give yourself the orange calico pelt within your save file:

One additional quick note: the only part of the savefile we'd prefer you didn't discuss is the pelts section. It's also worth mentioning that the pelts are saved differently for each user, so standard solutions like the one posted by Sass usually won't work

I'm no expert, it just corresponds to each value that is 2, and it happened that you had 2 mews on hand. 3 is "MQ==" which, as you can see, doesn't seem to have a whole lot of pattern to it right off the bat. I'ven't experimented too much with the number values, but they seem to be very finicky. It's honestly probably faster for you to get all the mews for it manually rather than try to figure out what specific things need to be changed to what specific combinations, as it's not just the mews amount.

Suggestion: I can't find the saves but i'll guess this: If your health is at 100 or above, then type in the code for 100 and that may give you 100 mews? also, where are the saves?

I've noticed every time I've tried to change the mew value, it crashes the game when it boots up so I would suggest just trying it out with a 1 or 2 mew value first.

you could try www.base64encode.org/?ive heard a lit of things abt it causing it to crash for in-game currency though so it may not work + anyone who tries it should most likely get a back-up file first

This is incredibly difficult to work out... I belive the 'PlayerMews=' is linked to the 'PlayerCurrency=', but when in game and only adding 2 mews, the whole code sequence changes... Heres a before and after. Before PlayerCurrency="Nzk0NDFmN2E5MmY4ZTBiYTk1YjJhZGI5N2U2N2I3YzM=" PlayerTaskTokens="NA==" PlayerFestivalTokens="MA==" PlayerMoleCash="MTQ=" PlayerMews="NjM=" After PlayerCurrency="Mjc5OWNlZDY5ZDMwYWFhZjk2MDMyNTVhNzZhYzA2MWQ=" PlayerTaskTokens="NA==" PlayerFestivalTokens="MA==" PlayerMoleCash="MTQ=" PlayerMews="NjU=" When one of the values in the individual currencies changes the whole line of PlayerCurrency is changed. Running it through the Base64 decoder doesn't help much either... I'm just very confused, someone help...

I suspect the rand string in the files has something to do with this.
