THIS is a fatal error so, basically what happened was, I had just saved and exited cattails using the menu, and was watching youtube. A Norton notification popped up and said- Sonar.exe has detected a problem in cattails.exe. It then came up saying- Sonar.exe has removed the issue (don't know if thats exactly what it said but thats the message it got across) It then, restarted and I looked at cattails again, I clicked "Load" and looked at my saves. My save was gone Now it may have been an error with my laptop as it is my mums old computer, its a dell inspiron 1525 with windows vista. But if Norton is going to remove things and not windows vista or the laptop, there's an issue.

Norton is the worst Anti-Virus Programm of the World. They detect in every Test the Good Files as Virus. So there is no Problem with Cattails. It's Problem with your Norton. And as Falcon Development said, Cattails is only combatible with Win10. All Windows Version before Win10 can work or not.

I've had it happen accidentally, I'll try to do intentionally now.

It is crucial to know if it is SONAR.exe or just Sonar.exe. Your computer may have a virus. This Sonar could of very well corrupted your data, as this would of happened to other computers if it was an issue with the game.

Another bug I found:
My cat died, and I decided to accept death. I clicked the accept death option again to confirm, and the dialog box at the bottom briefly flashed "So be it" in shaky letters. Then, the game crashed. The game just closed with no error message. When I reopened the game, my save file was still there and opened just fine.

ayyy, I got the flying glitch. I guess what happened is that I was trying to hunt that mouse but instead collided with the log. When I moved onto the next screen I got a fatal error.

Major error (I think, unless I'm missing something) I've been exploring the cave system collecting gems etc. When I came back up to the surface cave and spoke to the original Mole he talks about exchanging all the gems I've found for Mole Cash. However when select to go to the Mole Cash shop, it doesn't give options for buying or selling, just opens straight into the buying screen. If I can only buy, how do I trade in the gems for Mole Cash? I believe this was the same for the mole I met on level 25, though I can't remember for certain. Some text has been updated to make it a bit more obvious that you have to give the gems as gifts, thanks for the heads-up! Honestly, it needs to be more obvious. I had NO IDEA you could give gifts, and had to come here to check the boards to make sure there wasn't a bug. I would suggest a "Sell" dialogue like what Ember has in order to trade gems for Mole Cash. I, uh, literally just sold ALL my iron ore to Ember for Mews because I didn't know that Molo would take it.

Found a minor bug today while exploring the mines. I was in the 20's levels (can't remember exactly, sorry!) and was trying to keep clear of the bats. When the music changed to the "fight" theme, I would move away quickly. Did this several times and, at one point, the "happy Spring music" (with the piano and flute riffs) never completely faded out into the "fight" music and when I moved away, I had *two* versions of the "happy Spring music" playing about a measure apart. This followed me down every level and every fight, even if I took the time to kill the bats, until I swear I had at least three versions of the "happy Spring music" playing. It got quite cacophonous by the time I hit level 50 and was able to stop it at the mole rest level.
I wish I was computer literate enough to have recorded the phenomenon. I am playing on Windows 7.
EDIT: Happy SUMMER music, not Spring, my apologies!
EDIT AGAIN: Made it happen again with the overlapping music. It now even plays if you enter one of the mole safe levels (50 and 75)

Fatal Error:
I was down at the beach, I can't remember the name of the tile. But the last beach tile on the right. My cat was at the very edge of the shallow water, stalking a fish in the deep water. When I pounced on the fish in the deep water, the game went back into a window from fullscreen, and returned to the menu screen with the fatal error window in front. The music and beach noises continued during the error. I forgot to copy the error code, my apologies for that. Will see if I can repeat it.

Thanks for reporting, likely has to do with the previously-reported hunting crash. Should be fixed in beta.

Minor Error: Experiencing issues with lag when near larger bodies of water such as, lakes, rivers, and the ocean. The lag looks like your cat is just walking really slow although once you're out of that screen your back to normal.

We've done some optimization work and things should run a bit smoother in the beta.

Minor Error:
The first time I exited my den, when Mayor comes to talk to you, I was using shift. Once I was outside my den, I was still in the shift mode and one of the legs of the cat appeared to not exist [due to it being held up, most likely.]
